I have had the greatest time building my new home with Langford Jones Homes.  From the beginning, when I changed my mind over the plans, they remained cheerful and accommodating and even kept the house within my budget.
Along the way, I changed the floors 3 times, the driveway (and on the day of pouring changed the finish), the cupboard under the stairs and still the team remained cheerful.
I wanted a fence put up before the house was finished, again no problem and they referred me to a tradesman for that.
I love the house, love the unique plan which now includes 2 bathrooms and an additional shower/toilet in the laundry, 2 decks upstairs and one downstairs, an outside shower area and fabulous lighting and windows throughout.
Drive by 29 Beachcomber Drive, Inverloch and see for yourself.  I have seen people stop their cars and on their walks/bike rides to look, several have introduced themselves and asked for the name of the builder.
